Master Bedroom has a king size bed and has a large en-suite. Spacious floor plan of 71 to 75 square meters. One Bedroom apartments sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Terms & Conditions:
All rates are quoted per apartment per night basis.
Infants under 2 (Two) years using a baby cot are free of charge but charge for baby cot per night.
An additional person is subject to an extra charge.
All rates are inclusive of breakfast.
All rates are quoted in Thai Baht and exclusive of VAT 7% and Service Charge 5%.
All reservations are subject to availability at time of booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Canceling the booking 45 days (or less) prior to arrival date during peak season
(7 Dec – 18 Jan) an entire booked period will be applied.
Canceling the booking 15 days (or less) prior to arrival date during high season
(19 Jan - 30 April and 1 Nov – 6 Dec) 50% of the entire booked period will be charged.
Canceling the booking 7 days (or less) prior to arrival date during low season
(1 May– 31 Oct) and one night charge will be applied.

Please note that all full refunds will be deducted with 4.5% bank charges before refunding.

Check in and Check Out Details:
Early check in may be possible if there is no changeover on the day. Normal check in is 14.00 and check out at 12.00pm. Late check out may be possible depending on whether we have a changeover on the day. Please ask us first.
