Description

The Plantation is a striking Mediterranean style condominium situated on a large hill directly overlooking the Andaman Sea. The apartment is large (239 sqm), sunny and bright.There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The study can serve as a third bedroom as it has a day-bed that is larger than a standard single bed, and an attached half bathroom. The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, together with glass sliding doors to the verandah that disappear into wall pockets, create a sense of openness and space. There is direct view of the tranquil sea from practically everywhere in the apartment.
The condominium is located a kilometer from the small town of Kamala, a 10-15 minute walk. There is a small beach just below the apartment and a large beach at Kamala town. The tourist towns and other beaches are minutes away by car.
It is a private and exclusive residential condominium that has all the comforts and feel of a high-end luxury apartment with a magnificent view. Children and small pets are welcome.
