If you are listing your property, personal financial information will be obtained to secure payment. Inquiries
Email sent through the Email Inquiry links found on property listings are sent directly to the property advertiser. If you choose to send an inquiry using these links, your personal information, including your email address and any other information you supply, will be emailed to the advertiser whose property you inquired about. The property advertisers will generally reply directly to you. Do not share information in the email that you do not want property advertisers to see. My-Phuket also stores a copy of inquiries as a record for advertisers and will add your email address to its mailing list. The mailing list is used exclusively by My-Phuket for newsletters and notification of special offers. My-Phuket mailing list is not given or sold to any third party. You may remove your email address from our mailing list at any time by entering your email address at our unsubscribe page.

Sharing
The personal information you provide may be shared with other owned or managed My-Phuket properties. Other than sending email inquiries to property advertisers, it is not anticipated that your personal information will be shared or divulged to any non-affiliated third party by us.

Children
My-Phuket has no intention of collecting any personal information (that is, name, address, telephone number, or email address) from individuals under 21 years of age. If a child has provided us with personal information, a parent or guardian of that child should contact us at the email address or phone number listed at the bottom of this statement to identify the information which needs to be removed.
